Arena-Alm and Arena-Bar in the World Cup Arena Zauchensee

Cosy, rustic restaurant with table service in the World Cup Arena Zauchensee. Here you are pampered with home cooking, Int. Dishes and delicious desserts!
At lunchtime, the restaurant will be expanded to include the Arena bar with large sun terrace.

The Arena is also perfect for all kinds of celebrations (Christmas, birthday parties, award ceremonies for Company ski races, etc.).

Built in 2010 according to plans by Kuehn Malvezzi, it is located right next to the meadows where the horses of the Wetzlgut graze in summer, hence the name »Rossalm«. We fulfill our wish to cook “everyone’s favorite dish” with a fine selection of seasonal delicacies with regionally sustainably produced basic products.

In winter we serve Austrian delicacies for lunch. In the evening we will be happy to spoil you with a candle light dinner! The Rossalm is excellent with a fork in the Falstaff! In 2003, the slope was renamed the "Hermann Maier FIS World Cup Course". And for good reason, after all, the multiple ski world champion and Olympic champion is a true Flachau native. In the middle of the skiing area Snow Space Salzburg, part of Austria's greatest skiing Ski amadé, tangible racing fever awaits you on a course length of more than 600 metres.

In 2021 and 2022, the men's World Cup squad also visited Snow Space Salzburg. Atle Lie McGrath (2022) and Manuel Feller (2021) can also count themselves among the winners on the Hermann Maier World Cup course since then.
