The top station of the Rosskopfbahn Gondola at 1.930m above sea level is not only a popular meeting point in the ski area, but also an ideal mountain with great panoramic view and many photo motifs! Our mascot "Zauchi" is looking forward to take a picture with you at the Skiline-Photopoint. At the "Love Heart" you can immortalize yourself with your "love padlock"! The Rosskopf is also part of the challenging 12-Peakstrophy!

There is a new panorama platform to discover on the Schlossalm. The platform offers visitors a great view over the entire Schlossalm area. The Schlossalm view rises above the rocks, which is why it creates the feeling of floating. In the bottom of the viewing platform there is a transparent grid, which allows a sensational view into the depths. On the platform there is a bench to rest, have a snack or just enjoy the view.

Unforgettable views await you during winter hiking and cross-country skiing at the Rossbrand in the 'Panorama Kurve'. Here you can enjoy a mountain panorama that is second to none!

Experience mountains and nature consciously. We have created for you in the mountain area some quiet Platzl with trendy as well as classic seating. With a dreamlike view you can relax at the Natur Platzl, Sonnen Platzl, Servus Platzl, Gamsjaga Platzl or Glockner Platzl.

Whether winter hiking or tobogganing – hearty moments are guaranteed on the Galsterberg. The approx. 1.5 km long winter hiking trail starts at the mountain station and leads to one of the two heart points. The second heart point can be found along the 5 km long natural toboggan run. A winter magic on two runners invites you to an adventurous toboggan run both during the day and at night. 

With the elevator "World Cup Express", which is located directly next to the top station of the Schwarzwandbahn, you go up to the Gamskogel. Here is not only the start of the spectacular World Cup slope, but also a fabulously beautiful vantage point. The highest excursion point in the "Salzburger Sportwelt", which can be reached by lift, is thanks to the World Cup final in 2002, when the downhill course was extended to include the steep starting slope on the Gamskogel. The World Cup Express is usually open in fair weather during the main season (except during race preparation and World Cup races).

The 140 m long suspension bridge on the Stubnerkogel is accessible all year round and is located not far from the Stubnerkogelbahn mountain station in Bad Gastein. The bridge takes summit strikers 2.300 m above sea level from the terrace of the mountain restaurant to the transmitter station. It guarantees not only thrills, but also magnificent views of snow-covered mountains. Is one peak not high enough for you? Do you want to go even higher? Then come to the "Geisterturm", the viewing platform on the "Geisterberg". At a height of 14 metres, you have a fantastic 360° panoramic view of the ski slopes, including the Devil's Route, and the surrounding mountainous landscape. How does it make you feel looking down from such a height?

Tip: In the immediate vicinity of the viewing platform you will find another photo point where you can pose for a souvenir photo with Gspensti and Spuki, the friendly ghosts of Ghost Mountain.
